A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or don’t show up, your deposit will not be refunded. Need to reschedule? Appointments must be rescheduled within the same week as the original booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within the same week or less than 24 hour notice may result in a forfeited deposit. In the case of an emergency or illness, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
